Located on the existing Laurel Ridge Treatment Center campus in San Antonio, TX; this 60 bed freestanding behavioral health addition opened in October of 2009.
The facility was designed and constructed taking into account state of the art patient safety considerations relating to behavior health facilities. The 29,000 square foot facility utilizes extremely durable yet warm and inviting finishes throughout, which are conducive to a healing environment.
In spite of record rainfalls throughout the early portions of the project, the project was completed on time and well within the approved overall total capital budget. The NoliWhite Group was responsible for Project Management and Furniture/Equipment coordination and procurement for the project.
